Dr. Cunningham has been a recent invited presenter at workshops for forensic mental health experts, including symposia sponsored by the Southern Arizona Psychological Association, the University of New Mexico Department of Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences, the American Academy of Forensic Psychology, Michigan Center for Forensic Psychiatry, and Connecticut Forensic Group. He has instructed on a 17-factor structured professional judgment tool he developed for differentiating between delusional disorder and extreme beliefs (the MADDD-or-Rad-17), as well as on forensic evaluations in high stakes sentencing. Dr. Cunningham also continues to be a prolific scholar, authoring nine scholarly articles and chapters in the past five years.
